Ministry Description
The Absolute Word Church (AWC) is community oriented. Our primary focus is outside of the four walls of the church. We believe in meeting the needs of the community by offering beneficial programs that focus on those needs. Our ministries support the Mission Statement of The Absolute Word Church. This is accomplished through a comprehensive outreach approach to adults, children and families.
Our AWC “Touch Point” Outreach Program Initiatives include: Advocacy, AWC Feeding Program, Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program, Fatherhood/Fatherless Program, Gang Outreach, Marriage Seminar, Mentorship Program, Prison Outreach, Single Parents Program, St. James 1:27 Program, Telia’s Kitchen Outreach and Youth Breakout Program.
The Absolute Word Church is currently worshipping at 11001 E. Alameda Ave., just east of Havana. Praise and Worship Service on Sunday’s at 9:00 am; and Bible Study on Monday’s at 6:00 pm.
